Daffodil Day was held on Friday 23rd March 2012.

A big Thank You for supporting Daffodil Day 2012.  Mitchelstown Credit Union Ltd again co-ordinated the day in the town on behalf of the Irish Cancer Society.

There was a fantastic response to the collection on the day and to the coffee morning which was held in the Credit Union.  €8000.00 was raised on the day

The day would not be such a huge success if it was not for they many people who give up their time to sell daffodils, raffle tickets, collect at the various collection points in the town and help out with the coffee morning, so thank you all.

Mitchelstown Credit Union would also like to thank all the shops in the town where there are collection points set up for their co-operation and support as always, it is appreciated.
